I’m not very fit and I am overweight. Can I still join?

You sure can. We have people of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness and dance levels. As long as you can march on the spot you’re physically fit enough for us. Following a balanced diet along with our term will see you drop some weight.

How much and how long is the term?

Each term costs €99 paid in advance online & runs for 10 weeks.

Can I pay as I go?

Unfortunately not, as our classes sell out in advance of the start date we find that holding places for PAYG customers has resulted in no shows on the day.

I will be missing some classes due to prior commitments, work or holidays. Do I still pay in full?

No. We don’t want people paying for classes they can’t attend. If you let us know before signing up how many classes you will miss then we’ll give you a discount code for those classes.

I’m recovering from an injury/surgery or have an existing problem. Can I still join?

Absolutely you can. We have people with all types of ailments including joint replacements, heart issues, respiratory issues, arthritis and many more. We pride ourselves in allowing everyone to go at their own pace, we don’t scream and shout at you.

I am not as young as I used to be, will i be able to keep up?

Yes. Don’t worry you won’t be surrounded by 20 somethings, our classes are designed for the 30+ generation.We encourage enjoyment and fun across our classes.

What type of dance is it?

We’re primarily a fitness class using dance steps. Those steps being The Cha-Cha, The Samba & The Jive, by the end of the term your fitness levels will have drastically increased and you will comfortably be able to do those dances.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Everyone starts as a beginner regardless of dance ability or fitness levels. As we progress through the term we increase the pace of the class accordingly.

Do I need a partner?

No. It’s an individual course but we do encourage you to convince a friend or two to join as it’s a fun social activity.
